Things for my own place
A list for the future of things to get/do when I get a big apartment.
- A large dresser, with very wide drawers
- A place to hang my tie rack
- A movie shelf
- An empty space for contemplation and meditation

What I learned in College
- Think early. As soon as a project or assignment comes around, write down any ideas immediately and your brain will start thinking about ways to complete the project. Half the battle is coming up with the ideas and the approach, the rest usually comes easily.
- Only use a credit card for necessary purchases. Credit cards are best used for things like gas, school supplies, toiletries, and other necessities. If you only use cash or a debit card for eating out, buying snacks, and other non-essential purchases, then you won't overspend.
- Block out time for yourself. You should not be spending the entire day working. You time to relax, to unwind. Block out an hour or more a day for yourself.
- Take Hourly Breaks. Studying for hours on end is probably more harmful in the long run. Study in blocks, get into the material, and take a 5 or 10 minute break every hour to refresh.
- Find and use resources. College campuses are crawling with resources. Free English/Math tutoring. Create study groups to study for large exams.
