Think Small to Get Things Done

According to Zen's Leo Babauta, thinking small is less intimidating and therefore creates less friction in your workflow. The more friction you face, the lower the odds are that you'll plow speedily through a given task. "But more than that, small tasks and projects are victories. You can quickly get to completion and feel great about it. And that compels you to keep going," says the author.
